Acknowledgment of Risk By booking a stay or charter and/or utilizing information from this Website, you explicitly acknowledge that you understand the inherent risks associated with outdoor activities in Cabo Rojo, Puerto Rico. You agree that your participation is entirely voluntary and that you assume full responsibility for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may occur.

No Name Fly Lodge makes no guarantee regarding specific outcomes (e.g., Tarpon or Permit catch quantities, weather conditions). Services are provided “as is,” and no refunds will be issued based on the lack of a specific catch.
