Now Booking For Late 2025 & 2026 Season
1. Booking & Deposits To reserve dates at No Name Fly Lodge, a deposit of 50% of the total trip cost is required. This deposit constitutes consideration for the Company removing the lodging and guide availability from our calendar and refusing other potential business.
2. Cancellation by Client
Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made more than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a refund of the deposit, less a $100 administrative processing fee.
Late Cancellation: Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will result in the forfeiture of the full deposit.
No-Show Policy: Failure to check in or arrive at the designated meeting location (“No-Show”) will result in the client being charged the full remaining balance of the booking to the credit card on file. By booking, you expressly authorize this charge.
3. Cancellation by Company (Force Majeure) The Company reserves the right to cancel or alter any itinerary due to weather (hurricanes/tropical storms), unsafe sea conditions, mechanical failure, or acts of God (Force Majeure).
Weather Decisions: The decision to cancel due to weather is at the sole discretion of No Name Fly Lodge management. Rain or cloud cover does not constitute grounds for cancellation.
Remedy: In the event of a Company-initiated cancellation, the Client’s sole remedy shall be a refund of the deposit or a credit toward a future booking. The Company is not liable for incidental expenses incurred by the Client, including but not limited to flights to Puerto Rico, rental cars, or third-party fees.
